Terms and conditions

1.1 Order confirmation

By placing an order through our online store, you are approving of our terms & conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event, that the stock level or price was incorrect, at the time of receiving the order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your order have been placed. Once your order has been completed, you will receive another e-mail. In the event of a cancellation or changes to your order, you will be contacted by e-mail.

1.2 Discrepancies

We do our best to ensure that all information and content on the website is accurate at any given time. However, inaccurate information regarding prices, stock levels or content may occur. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event, that any of these parameters were incorrect at the time of receiving the order.

1.3 Privacy

When you have visited our website and accepting our cookies policy various data will be available to us. All data including information provided at newsletter signup and checkout is for internal use only and will never be given or sold to any third parties.

2. Payment and prices
2.1 Credit cards

We accept card payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. At checkout, you will be asked to provide the card number, the period of validity and the CVC code. No credit card numbers are stored after a transaction have been carried out. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any difficulties.

2.2 Prices

Foreign currencies and prices are all converted from our base currency.

Prices can be displayed in the following currencies.

3. Delivery
3.1 Order handling

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse locations in Canada. Depending on the shipping destination and couriers shipping time may vary.

Please be informed that order handling might be delayed during peak periods, e.g. around collection launches and sale season.

3.2 Delivery time

Kindly be mindful that delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and customs clearance may cause delays but we will do our best to have the shipment delivered to you at the earliest.

Shipping rates

Are chargeable unless mentioned free and may vary as per order size, weight, time/period, promotions & destinations.

4. Returns, Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at knockknock@ttopi.ca with details of the product and the defect.

We will get back to you within 24hours to get in touch with you and the proceedings to resolve your concerns.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged either.

No refunds on digital currency purchases.

Items in the original packaging& gifts if included with the purchase should also be returned to be eligible for any exchange or return, we will not be able to complete the exchange or refund if all items are not returned and we at TTOPI will not be responsible.

Refunds/exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

5. Duties & Taxes

For all international orders it’s the responsibility of the recipient to pay any duties that are applicable. Customs officials will determine how much duty will be applied based on the information provided about the value of the shipment, country of origin, materials used to manufacture the product in the destination country and charge you duties & taxes as applicable.
